FCK Vacuum Electric Hot Water Boiler
Under standard atmospheric pressure (1.013x105Pa), the boiling point of water is 100oC. With the pressure drop, the boiling point will also be lowered. When the vacuum hot water boiler is working, under vacuum negative pressure, the hot medium water in the furnace body absorbs thermal energy released by the fuel combustion, boils up and evaporates as low temperature steam. The rising low temperature steam encounters with system circulating water in stainless steel heat exchanger, to heat the circulating water and supply heating or sanitary hot water to the user. The steam itself is cooled and condensed as water which drops on hot medium water level and then is heated again; therefore the whole circulation process is completed. The hot medium water keeps the circulation “boiling-evaporation-condensation-hot medium water” in the closed unit, therefore, no condensing water is needed and there is no air burning. Vacuum hot water unit exchanges heat by steam-water condensation. In all heat exchange conditions, the heat transfer coefficient of steam-water condensation is the highest.
